The role is to ensure flawless program execution, be responsible for strategies, implementation, and maintenance of program initiatives that adhere to organizational objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain constant dialogue with GAM/KAM and visit when appropriate to achieve pre-agreed account objectives.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, and MyCom to develop the scope, deliverables, required resources, project plan, budget, and timing for new initiatives.
  • Work with other program managers to identify risks and opportunities across multiple projects within the department.
  • Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks, and produce program reports for GAM/KAM and internal stakeholders
  • Meet and exceed the customer’s service expectations (OTD/OTR) whilst working within the capacity and capability limits of the organisation.
  • Ensure Escatec financial measures and Department KPI’s are maintained as required (stock levels, Service Level Agreements/Manufacturing Agreements, etc.)
  • Product profitability analysis comparing quoted vs actual CBOM and transformation cost.
  • Identify & drive cost hunt activities to improve product pricing optimization.

Program Management duties (not limited to)

  • CBoM creation and maintenance
  • Ensure ESCATEC’s Customer Service Policy is implemented for customers.
  • Contract review, order acceptance and forecast management (in conjunction with SCO)
  • Prepare and manage business forecasts.
  • Consignment material analysis and payment control
  • Internal and external reporting (e.g. program status, stock, sales, forecasting, waterfall charts)
  • Business retention and expansion through service and customer satisfaction
  • Review and act where necessary on Customer Satisfaction Survey Results
  • Perform other duties as assigned at the discretion of Management.

Person Specification

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in a customer service or management environment
  • Sound judgement & problem-solving skills; can make appropriate decisions & prioritise while under pressure.
