To strengthen our commercial organization, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who wants to grow into a future Key Account Manager by building a solid operational foundation, gradually assume commercial exposure and responsibility of customer accounts. This role offers a clear development path toward Key Account Management within a dynamic EMS environment.

Responsibilities

  • Take ownership of customer order intake and confirmations
  • Ensure ERP data accuracy across the entire order lifecycle
  • Monitor backlog, delivery performance, and schedule alignment
  • Coordinate closely with planning, purchasing, and production
  • Drive transparency and resolve operational escalations
  • Contribute to RFQs and quotation preparation
  • Support pricing analysis and cost transparency
  • Prepare business reviews and customer KPIs
  • Participate in NPI and ramp-up projects
  • Participate in customer discussions and internal commercial planning
  • Gradually assume responsibility for smaller customer accounts

Job requirement

  • Professional qualification in a commercial or technical area
  • 3 - 5 years experience in an industrial, technical or commercial environment
  • Analytical mindset with a systematic working style
  • Able to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Ambition to build a long-term commercial career
  • Curiosity to understand operations before managing customers
  • Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
