To strengthen our commercial organization, we are looking for a motivated and ambitious professional who wants to grow into a future Key Account Manager by building a solid operational foundation, gradually assume commercial exposure and responsibility of customer accounts. This role offers a clear development path toward Key Account Management within a dynamic EMS environment.
Responsibilities
- Take ownership of customer order intake and confirmations
- Ensure ERP data accuracy across the entire order lifecycle
- Monitor backlog, delivery performance, and schedule alignment
- Coordinate closely with planning, purchasing, and production
- Drive transparency and resolve operational escalations
- Contribute to RFQs and quotation preparation
- Support pricing analysis and cost transparency
- Prepare business reviews and customer KPIs
- Participate in NPI and ramp-up projects
- Participate in customer discussions and internal commercial planning
- Gradually assume responsibility for smaller customer accounts
Job requirement
- Professional qualification in a commercial or technical area
- 3 - 5 years experience in an industrial, technical or commercial environment
- Analytical mindset with a systematic working style
- Able to communicate clearly and effectively
- Ambition to build a long-term commercial career
- Curiosity to understand operations before managing customers
- Fluent in German and English (written and spoken)
