Your Responsibilities
- Ensure a smooth production process in the assembly of electronic devices and assemblies, with a focus on safety, quality, delivery and productivity
- Systematically analyze disruptions and deviations and independently initiate targeted and sustainable improvement measures within the assigned area
- Independently optimize processes and workstations in coordination with the relevant departments
- Work independently and coordinate with the necessary internal departments, such as Production, Planning, Maintenance, Quality and Engineering
- Support day-to-day operations when required and provide first-level technical support to production employees
- Support the supervision and development of employees as well as Lean, Continuous Improvement (KVP) and Shopfloor activities
Your Qualifications
- Technical education in assembly or electronics manufacturing
- Several years of experience in a production or assembly environment; soldering experience is an advantage
- Structured, independent and reliable working style
- Knowledge and experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement (KVP) tools or Shopfloor activities is an advantage
- Adaptable and motivated to perform a variety of tasks within electronics manufacturing
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills
- Fluent in German and English
