For our new production base in the city of Plovdiv, we are looking for:
Quality Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead the quality control team in electronic and molding production.
- Implement and enforce quality assurance processes, procedures, and standards.
- Monitor production lines to ensure compliance with product specifications and regulatory requirements.
- Conduct inspections, audits, and testing of components, assemblies, and finished products.
- Investigate and resolve quality issues, working closely with production and engineering teams.
- Maintain documentation, reports, and quality records in compliance with ISO and industry standards.
- Train and coach staff on quality best practices and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive action activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Electronics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven experience in quality supervision or quality assurance within electronic manufacturing.
- Strong knowledge of IPC standards, ISO 9001, and other relevant quality systems.
- Hands-on experience with quality tools such as 5 Whys, Fishbone, FMEA, or Six Sigma.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and quality management systems (QMS).
- Strong leadership and team coordination.
- Ability to communicate across technical and non-technical teams.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Negotiation skills with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
