The Role 
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for conducting routine quality inspections, process audits, and in-process verification to ensure products meet the specified quality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
  • Perform routine sampling inspection according to specified sampling plans and inspection criteria as stated in Inspection Plan or Quality plan.
  • Conduct Part/Product Process Audit daily.
  • Ensure all units are scan into MES after sampling is done.
  • Issue Lot Rescreen & CA when the lot is rejected
  • Get supervisor/engineer acknowledgement when the lot is rejected
  • Ensure lot is sorted and reworked before start inspection on resubmission lot.
  • Ensure lot disposition status is correctly identified (stamped pass/fail).
  • Maintain housekeeping 5S at workstation
  • Assist senior/leader/Supervisor/technician in such duties assigned
  • Use measurement equipment carefully and correctly
  • Skill code O, T, X
  • Perform FCT Test as stated in Inspection Plan or Quality Plan.
  • Perform In process buyoff as per requirement.
  • Verify line setup production daily.
 
Skills & Experience
  • Experience in quality inspection, electronics manufacturing, PCBA, or a similar manufacturing environment is an advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of inspection methods, measurement equipment, and quality requirements.
  • Able to work in a manufacturing/production environment and perform repetitive inspection tasks.
  • Good attention to detail and ability to follow work instructions.
     
Qualifications 
  • SPM or equivalent, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar manufacturing/quality environment.
  • Possess own transportation.
