The Role
As a Senior Engineer, Lean and Kaizen, you will drive continuous improvement initiatives across the organization by leading Kaizen activities, identifying process waste, improving workflow efficiency, and supporting Lean Manufacturing implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for building and maintain a culture of continuous improvement in the company.
- Form teams, facilitate and documents on the kaizen events.
- Able to identify Value Add (VA) and non-Value Add (NVA) activities across all level of organization
- Use visual management, 5S, standard work, and other appropriate tools to eliminate waste and improve flow.
- Knowledge on automation
- ESG implementation
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 4 years of experience in a mechatronics or electronics manufacturing environment.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Able to lead and present Kaizen events effectively.
- Strong ability to identify improvement opportunities and implement solutions.
- Able to manage multiple Kaizen projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
- Knowledge of EcoVadis and SMETA is an advantage.
