For our new production base in the city of Plovdiv, we are looking for:
Supply Chain Supervisor
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage supply chain operations, including procurement, purchasing, and warehouse activities.
- Develop and implement strategies to ensure cost-effective and timely sourcing of materials and services.
- Manage supplier relationships, negotiations, and performance evaluations.
- Oversee warehouse operations, including inventory control, storage optimization, and material handling.
- Ensure accurate and timely purchasing processes aligned with production schedules.
- Monitor KPIs and drive continuous improvement in supply chain efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with production, engineering, and quality teams to meet business objectives.
- Train, mentor, and develop supply chain staff to achieve performance goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in supply chain supervision or management within a manufacturing environment (electronics preferred).
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, inventory management, and warehouse operations.
- Excellent negotiation, leadership, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and MS Office tools.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving and decision-making under pressure.
- Negotiation skills with suppliers, clients, and stakeholders.
- Multitasking in fast-paced production environments.
