The Role
The Materials Handler, is responsible to order, receive and kit the materials according to SFC.
Key Responsibilities
- Issue material from Store.
- Prepare Material for production, preheat according to resin spec follow WI.
- Regular top up Resin into hopper until SFC order complete.
- Upon complete SFC, need to unload resin from hopper and write the actual weight of the balance resin in the resin bag.
- Place the balance resin at Motan area.
Skills & Experience
- On time delivery to production
- Conduct routine cycle counting
- Ensure high accuracy of the materials
- Maintain housekeeping at all times
