For our new production facility in the city of Plovdiv we are looking for:
Warehouse Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Prepares orders according to the production plan.
- Controls the availability of materials in the warehouse.
- Participates in periodic and annual inventories.
- Responsible for the arrangement of materials and finished products in the warehouses, organizes the input and output flows.
- Accepts and organizes the delivery and shipping processes.
- Organizes the reception, inspection and entry of raw materials and goods into the warehouse system. Organizes and controls the assembly and arrangement of goods and materials.
- Organizes the arrangement, cleaning and rational use of the warehouse area.
- Keeps documentation necessary to organize the reception and delivery of goods.
- Coordinates activities with external companies for the transportation of goods.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the same position.
- Higher education.
- Previous experience in driving a forklift.
- Skills for working with an ERP system.
- Good computer and technical literacy - MS Office.
- Proficiency in English at a working level.
- Responsibility in carrying out the obligations undertaken, communication, organization and teamwork skills, initiative.
