Job Description:

This position is responsible for managing the daily accounting agenda, ensuring timely and accurate processing.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Account management according to Czech accounting standards
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
  • Preparation of VAT return, control report, EC sales list, Intrastat
  • Payment processing, bank statement accounting, cash register accounting
  • Accounting Journal General Ledger Account Check
  • AP & AR Agenda
  • Posting incoming invoices, communication with suppliers and customers, issuing invoices
  • Processing of intercompany transactions
  • Reconciliation of monthly accounts
  • Monthly closing reports
  • Receiving and handing over documents related to the payroll

Skills Required:

  • Proactive and open approach to new challenges

  • Relevant computer skills: MS Office (Word, Excel)
  • Good team spirit

Qualifications and experience:

  • Qualified accountant with proven experience min. of 3 years
  • Experience with the HELIOS Inuvio system
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
  • Communicatice knowledge of English
