Job Description:
This position is responsible for managing the daily accounting agenda, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Account management according to Czech accounting standards
- Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements
- Preparation of VAT return, control report, EC sales list, Intrastat
- Payment processing, bank statement accounting, cash register accounting
- Accounting Journal General Ledger Account Check
- AP & AR Agenda
- Posting incoming invoices, communication with suppliers and customers, issuing invoices
- Processing of intercompany transactions
- Reconciliation of monthly accounts
- Monthly closing reports
- Receiving and handing over documents related to the payroll

Qualifications and experience:
- Qualified accountant with proven experience min. of 3 years
- Experience with the HELIOS Inuvio system
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is an advantage
- Communicatice knowledge of English
