- Continuously develop, enhance, and maintain the corporate management reporting system to ensure accuracy, efficiency, stability, and cost‑effective operation
- Design, develop, and maintain new and existing reports to meet business, management, and user requirements
- Administer and manage the reporting environment, including report generation processes, data refresh schedules, and system controls
- Provide timely support for reporting‑related helpdesk inquiries and resolve report, data, or performance issues
- Conduct report usage training and guide users to ensure effective and correct report usage
- Maintain complete and up‑to‑date technical and user documentation for reports and reporting systems
- Develop, support, and maintain workflows using Microsoft Power Platform to enhance business processes
- Perform additional tasks and participate in projects as assigned, in line with business and operational needs
Skills & Experience
- Experience in the electronic / electronics contract manufacturing (EMS) environment
- Hands‑on experience with Infor LN / Baan implementation, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, or related modules
- Strong understanding of manufacturing business processes and end‑to‑end data flows
- Good knowledge of Infor LN CE table structures and data lake architecture
- Experience in SQL database administration (SQL DBA)
- Hands‑on experience with SSIS
- Strong experience in Power BI report and dashboard development
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory is an added advantage
- Independent, self‑motivated, well‑disciplined, with strong communication skills and a solution-oriented mindset
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience
