- Data Infrastructure & Architecture: Continuously design, develop, enhance, and maintain the corporate data lake infrastructure (including Infor CS Data Lake), database systems, and management reporting systems to ensure accuracy, high efficiency, stability, and cost-effective operations
- Enterprise ETL Pipeline Engineering: Build, optimize, and maintain robust end-to-end data pipelines and ETL processes using SSIS and Infor ETL tools to seamlessly ingest data from core ERP systems (Infor LN / Baan) into the corporate data lake environments.
- Database Administration: Administer and manage the SQL database environment (SQL DBA), overseeing data refresh schedules, system access controls, performance tuning, and infrastructure stability.
- Future Tech & AI Innovation: Lead the modernization of the data ecosystem by evaluating and implementing next-generation technologies, specifically driving the adoption of Microsoft Fabric, Azure Data Factory, and AI-driven analytics or machine learning capabilities to unlock predictive business insights.
- Business Analysis & Report Delivery: Partner closely with business stakeholders to gather technical and functional requirements, analyze complex manufacturing workflows, and design/develop advanced Power BI reports and dashboards that meet management needs.
- Process Automation: Develop, support, and maintain advanced workflows using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps / Power Automate) to enhance business processes and eliminate operational bottlenecks.
- Support & Documentation: Provide senior-tier support for data, ETL, or reporting-related helpdesk inquiries, and maintain comprehensive, up-to-date technical architecture designs and user documentation.
- Training & Enablement: Conduct data literacy, AI tool adoption, and report usage training, providing guidance to business users to promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
- Project Execution: Perform additional tasks and lead specialized data infrastructure or technology migration projects as assigned, in line with business and operational needs.
Skills & Experience
- Minimum 8–10 years of working experience in data engineering, database administration, or technical business analysis, preferably within an electronic / electronics contract manufacturing (EMS) environment.
- Strong hands-on experience in SQL Database Administration (SQL DBA) and optimizing complex relational database systems.
- Expert-level mastery of SSIS and Infor ETL mechanisms for data transformation and building enterprise-grade data pipelines.
- Deep knowledge of Infor LN CE table structures and hands-on experience with Infor LN / Baan implementations, including Manufacturing, Distribution, Finance, or related modules.
- Practical experience working with Infor CS Data Lake architecture and managing cloud-based or hybrid data repositories.
- Advanced hands-on experience in Power BI report and dashboard development, data modeling (DAX), and analytical design.
- Proven experience or strong technical proficiency with Microsoft Fabric and Azure Data Factory is required to drive future technology roadmaps.
- Familiarity with or strong interest in leveraging AI/ML tools (e.g., Copilot in Fabric/Power BI, predictive data modeling) to enhance reporting automation.
- Excellent business analysis skills, with a proven ability to translate ambiguous business processes and end-to-end data flows into structured technical frameworks.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree, Postgraduate Diploma, Professional Degree, or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
