We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated Key Account Executive to support customer accounts and grow into a Key Account Manager role.
The Role
The Key Account Executive (KAE) supports the management of assigned customer accounts, ensuring smooth communication between customers and internal teams such as planning, procurement, engineering, and production.
This role is ideal for candidates with EMS experience who are ready to step beyond coordination and develop into a commercially responsible Key Account Manager.
You will work closely with senior KAMs and the Business Unit team to ensure delivery performance, customer satisfaction, and commercial alignment.
Key Responsibilities

Support customer accounts on delivery, forecast tracking, and order management

Monitor OTD performance and follow up on shipment commitments

Coordinate internally to resolve delivery, material, and production issues

Assist in RFQ preparation and pricing documentation

Track customer forecasts, revenue performance, and account metrics

Support NPI activities and project milestone tracking

Participate in customer calls and business review meetings

Prepare reports and presentation materials for internal and external use

Assist in handling inventory, E&O, and liability tracking

Follow up on quality issues, RMAs, and corrective actions
Requirements
-
Preferably 2 to 4 years' experience in EMS program coordination, supply chain, or customer support roles

Candidates with more experience are welcome to apply

Basic understanding of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and quality systems

Strong communication and coordination skills

Comfortable working with cross-functional teams

Good analytical skills and attention to detail

Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)

Willing to travel occasionally if required
Education
Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field preferred.
