Organize and lead Kick-Off Meeting with the internal quotation team.

Perform Risk Assessment analysis together with the internal quotation team.

Prepare and coordinate Engineering questionnaires based on the customer RFQ package.

Review and optimize proposed processes to enhance quality and productivity, including:

Best practice implementation

Assembly process flow

Jigs & fixtures design concepts

Error-proofing (Poka-Yoke) methods

Ensure equipment, jigs, and fixtures readiness for quotation purposes.

Ensure P3 tool readiness and proper utilization.

Apply strong critical thinking, analytical problem-solving, and effective communication skills throughout the quotation process.

Prepare Customer NRE list for jigs and fixtures.

Prepare the Quotation Tender summary page.

Issue the official quotation email to Customer / KAM.
